SQUAT HAND BALANCE

SQUAT AND PLACE HANDS ON MAT (a);

REST KNEES ON ARMS JUST ABOVE ELBOWS;

PUSH BODY FORWARD WITH TOES UNTIL YOU ARE BALANCING ON HANDS (b);

ROCK GENTLY FORWARD AND BACKWARD;

BALANCE AS YOU WOULD ON FEET, PRESSING WITH HEELS AND TOES.
