VARIATIONS
Roll forward from head-and-handbalance.
Rock forward to head from squathand balance and raise legs togetherinto head-and-hand balance.
Jackknife up to head-and-hand balance, raising legs with knees straight.
Forward roll into head-and-hand balance.
Backward roll to head-and-hand balance.
Do shoulder balance on thighs ofpartner who is doing a crab bend(Fig. 26).
Do head-and-hand balance on stomach of partner in crab bend.
