VARIATIONS

Hand balance and roll forward.

Assisted hand balance on partner'sspread knees (Fig. 33).

Hand balance with legs split forwardand backward.

Rock forward from squat hand balance until head touches mat, thenkick up to hand balance.

Walk on hands.

Dive to a hand balance.

Roll and dive to hand balance.

Press up from head-and-hand balance to hand balance.
