SNAP-DOWN VARIATIONS

Snap down, trying to cut under yourhands.

Snap down, seeing how high you canpush off the floor before your feettouch.

See how far back you can snap down.

Snap down with one leg only.

Snap down into backward roll.

Snap down, dive, and forward roll.

Forward roll, dive to hand balance,and snap down.

Dive and roll to stand.
