kicking the feet up only half way to a hand balance. As the feet just about reach the height of their kick, let the chest drop gently forward to the mat and hold the arch until you roll down to your knees (Fig. 43).

VARIATIONS

Backward roll to hand balance andchest roll down.

Head-and-hand balance, chest rolldown.

Forearm balance, slide shoulders forward, and chest roll down.

End bronco buck with chest roll.

Chest roll down, and rock forwardand backward, as illustrated in Figure 42.
