HINTS TO BEGINNERS: The shoulder push, which you learned for the snap down; is also important in this stunt. If you cannot get your feet through, notice how much of a shoulder push you are getting. You may have forgotten how to do it. Practice it from the front-leaning rest
position, seeing if you can bounce your hands off the mat with your shoulder push alone. Some people have extremely long legs. They will find that in this stunt it helps to cross them as they are being brought through the arms.
