JUMP-THROUGH VARIATIONS
Forward roll to front-leaning rest;jump through.
Jump through from front- to rear-leaning rest; turn over to front-leaning rest; repeat, making it continuous (Fig. 45).
Jump through to lying-down position on back. (Keep chin on chestto avoid bumping head.)
Jump through with legs crossed.
Jump through, cutting legs underone arm. (Bring both legs throughon one side.) Repeat on other side.
Hand balance, chest roll, and jumpthrough.
Lie on back, and have partner liftyou in dead-man lift (body stiff) andlet you fall forward onto face in position for jump through (break fallwith arms).
