FORWARD ROLL VARIATIONS
Forward roll from stand.
Forward rolls with legs crossed. Doa series of these.
Forward roll to squat; roll back toneck and cramp feet under; roll forward to knees; and repeat the roll.
End rolls by rolling up to a stand.
Cross-legged roll to cross-leggedstand, turn, repeat.
Come out of rolls into walk by holding one ankle only, other leg straight.
Roll to stand without holding ankles.
Roll and jump high into air; makehalf-turn; land; and repeat.
