PLACE BOTTOM MAN'S FEET WIDE AND CLOSE TO HIS BUTTOCKS (b);

KEEP ELBOWS STRAIGHT UNTIL BOTTOM MAN'S FEET TOUCH GROUND (b);

THEN BREAK FALL WITH ARMS;

PLACE HEAD BETWEEN BOTTOM MAN'S FEET, CLOSE TO HIS BUTTOCKS (c);
